3. Loyalty & Referral Program :
The conditions of loyalty program are stipulated on the corresponding page called Loyalty Program.
This section explains the rewards and the process of earning the points. The rewards are subject to change if required for marketing or sales purposes, which will be updated and posted as soon as possible.

Referral Program is another option introduced by the MX Clinic as a courtesy to our clients. Referrals depend on the amount of points earned through previous website or on-the site bookings. One will need to have a minimum of 39 points in balance to qualify for a Referral discount.
Your Referral Discount will be activated once the newly referred client completes his purchase at the clinic. Should you wish to book online, please contact the clinic, so we can verify your Rewards and apply a further discount to your account respectively.
For example, if you have accumulated 39 points on our website, and do not wish to use them towards your next online booking to benefit from price reduction at the checkout, but prefer to apply for a referral program, which may sound as a more attractive offer to you, then you are welcome to contact the clinic directly to express your interest. The reception team will then apply a corresponding discount to your account and you will be able to complete your purchase on the call or via the link provided.
MX clinic does not guarantee an automatic eligibility for any discount amount previously offered. This means, one will only be offered a Referral discount amount as mentioned on the Loyalty program page at the time. (i.e The eligibility of the Referral discount AMOUNT will depend on the offer at the specific period of time, as long as that offer is posted on the website, Loyalty program Page.)

In this promotional offer, 50% OFF was offered towards facial treatments only. This may not be a permanent condition /discount amount offered for Referrals.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment at the MX Skin&Laser Clinic is with professional cosmetic dermatologists or a qualified skin therapist. Their time is valuable, so we do ask you to please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you would like to cancel your appointment.
In the event that you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will only be partially refunded (50%). Should you fail to attend your appointment due to a health emergency situation, the evidence of seeking medical help will be required to request a full refund.
Nevertheless, every situation will be dealt individually as we appreciate the unique nature of possible circumstances.

5. Rescheduling
48hr Prior: Every client is limited to a maximum of 3 reschedules per appointment if the notice was submitted 48 hours before the appointment date/time.
Should you decide to reschedule for the 4th time ( even if it is 48 hours prior), your request will not be honoured and the appointment will be lost. No further reimbursement or an alternative option will offered after the 3rd reschedule request. Please be mindful and provide an ample amount of time to reschedule your appointment, so you do not lose it.
Less than 48hr notice:
Every client is limited to only 1 reschedule per appointment if the notice was provided in less than 48 hours before the appointment time.
Should you request to reschedule your appointment again, please make sure you have provided your notice 48 hours prior the appointment date/time. If you fail to do so and request to reschedule again (on the second occasion) in less than 48 hours before your appointment time, 50% of the service charge will be collected for causing loss of business to the company .This means, your 2nd late reschedule will require to cover additional cost of the service (remaining 50%).
6. NO-SHOW:
Prepaid packages or single appointments of any treatments will not be carried over or transferred to another date and time if the client happens not to show up on the day of the appointment. MX Skin & Laser has a strict policy in regards to no-shows. If you do not attend or miss your allocated time slot, the appointment will be lost with no reimbursement to be expected.
7. LATENESS:
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the MX Skin & Laser staff members have the right to cancel the appointment with no reimbursement to be expected. If we do not receive any notice of the reason of lateness, we have the right to regard the instance as a no-show. Please let us know when you are struggling to make it in time for your appointment to avoid any disappointment.
8. REFUND POLICY
When you purchase your treatment from us, be it online or face-to-face, we make sure we have provided you enough information for you to make an informed decision if the treatment is suitable for yourself.
During our medical consultation, we ensure that you have not got any contraindication that may prevent you from having the treatment done. This means that the clinic endeavours to ascertain the suitability of a candidate for a treatment of interest.
Please be advised that we do not refund for:

Change of mind. All due care and skills are exercised in treating our clients, thus ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

Dissatisfaction with treatment results. Our staff consists of highly qualified therapists and practitioners who work in accordance with the training and treatment protocols to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. The machines that we work with are being tested regularly and are CE approved. The results of treatments may vary from client to client as there are many individual and health related factors that may affect the outcome.

Missed appointments without any attempt to contact the clinic.
Additionally:

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation should you wish to reschedule or have a valid reason i.e. medical emergency to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked timeslot, we reserve the right to retain the deposit or the full cost of the treatment.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited should you wish to cancel your treatment less than 48 hours before the appointment.

In order for us to provide you with great service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms/ consultations or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. If you withhold an important information about your health, you cannot hold the clinic responsible for an unexpected outcome or reaction.

You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

If you pre-pay for packaged treatments, you will save an amount according to the discount scheme on packages. There is no refund on pre-paid packages, and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.

Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (be it an individual or package treatment).

Any request for the refund by you, for the treatments purchased in clinic or online through the customer portal, must be directly issued to the clinic for consideration. The clinic may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.
Refunds will be provided where required, granted that the Clinic receives sufficient evidence form the client of an emergency or health related circumstance to support the claim.
